So it seems that I just went off and totally neglected my blog, right? It was just temporary, as I just weathered the most difficult time of my entire thirty-five years of life. I've never gone this long, or at least I've never had a gap so long to fill. I updated April 2017 last August, and here it is April of 2018, so that I have nearly a year to catch up on. A YEAR! But it's ok. I don't excel in writing summaries or selecting only a few pictures, but I did indeed succeed in selecting a sampling of pictures from each month between May and December of 2017. For my next post, I'm not sure what I'll do, yet. But one thing I will say for certain, I am ready to get back to regularly blogging about our rich, joy-and-learning-filled lives.
We had a very difficult year, and the difficulty for me started in the summer, in July. It got really bad for the children in November. We are recovering, healing. It's been a slow process, and it is continuing, but we are getting our lives back together.
These pictures are smaller than usual, and this is just the way it had to be for this post.
